Use of cookies by Atradius

When someone visits  http://group.atradius.com/ we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally-identifying information from any source. If we do want to collect personally-identifiable information through our website, we will be upfront about this. Session ID

NAME Purpose Expires
JSESSIONID JSESSIONID is a platform session cookie and is used by sites with JavaServer Pages (JSP). The cookie is used to maintain an anonymous user session by the server. Expires after the end of the user session

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), to help Atradius understand how our web sites are used. Information about your use of our website, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google and stored on their servers. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited.

_utmc This works with _utmb to calculate when you close your browser when you close your browser
_utmt Used to throttle request rate 10 minutes
_utmv Used to store visitor-level custom variable data. This cookie is created when a developer uses the _setCustomVar method with a visitor level custom variable. This cookie was also used for the deprecated _setVar method. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. 2 years from set/update
_utmz This tells us how you reached group.atradius.com (e.g. from another website or a search engine) 6 months from set/update
_utmt_rollupTracker To track multiple domains of Atradius websites 30 minutes from set/update
_utmt_oldTracker To remove old tracker code 30 minutes from set/update
_ga To distinguish users 2 years from set/update
_gat To throttle request rate 10 minutes from set/update

YouTube videos

YouTube is used by the website to store and show video content. These cookies are set by YouTube to track usage of its services. The YouTube Cookies are only installed when you press play.

VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE A cookie that YouTube sets that measures your bandwidth to determine whether you get the new player interface or the old. 8 months from set/update
use_hitbox The use_hitbox cookie increments the ‘views’ counter on the YouTube video At end of session

Visitors are provided with the option to navigate to a variety of external websites where Atradius has a presence. When the visitor selects the option to view the content from these websites, they are taken away from the Atradius web site and to the other site, where a variety of cookies may be used throughout the visit. Atradius is not responsible for any cookies used once the visitor has left the Atradius web site.
